Double Wall Jars

Double Wall Jars are constructed of two pieces of plastic, an inner shell and outer shell, which are assembled by the manufacturer. When compared to a single wall jar, this double wall jar gives a much greater visual impact while using the same amount of product. These two walls can be compossed either of two different materials or of the same material. While other plastics can be used, Polypropylene (PP) is by far the dominant material for double wall jars. The bottom portion of the jar's body can either be straight based (also referred to as square based) or have a rounded base. These inexpensive jars come in a variety of sizes and colors and are used predominantly in the cosmetic and personal care industries.
